  Hi there...my name is Martin and I have owned/operated this store since October 2016...I am sorry to hear that both Sophia and Jonathan think poorly of our service...it would of been nice to have talked to them in person to better understand their concerns...however, my family and I work hard to provide great service, food, and coffee to our 1000's of customers that visit us regularly every week...we will continue to try and do better!...thank you for your feedback :)

  Not very friendly staff today. No lunch specials , no Pepsi Max. No sorry. The scotch fillet steak was almost cardboard thin and probably hammered to death before it hit our table. It was very dry and tasteless. After lunch I stood at counter intending to ask if it was indeed scotch fillet. At least five minutes. One staff member chatting to someone on other side of counter and I was ignored by the other two. Not going back ....

  Great coffee and the best breakfast out of all the coffee cafe chains. Dishwasher must be broken. Had to send a coffee served in a dirty mug back twice.

  I waited for 45mins for a sandwich in the window. I asked the lady at the counter how much longer it would take and she said "Remind me what you ordered again"..... terrible service
