    The older bloke with the glasses is very rude. Rather than ask for ID like anybody else does…'who are you?' with a sour attitude,and comments like..'I don't know what that is'…… exceptionally rude.

    Very rude old man with glasses, needs some serious customer service gudience as he has an attitude of a 15 year old girl.

    He's so rude and got absolutely no idea of a good customer service. It took him ages to type everything in. And then there was a mistake in my last name and he freaked out as he didn't believe me that the letter Ö is written as OE in english.
