    Most items were completely out of stock, the store was messy and the staff were extremely unhelpful.

    It was easy to find clothes and toys for my kids and for myself as well.

    Don’t bother BigW Gateway Palmerston far cheaper. Car Child Seat display 1 left and box opened. Asked manager for a discount and flat out said NO. Went to Gateway BIgW and seen cheaper same style model with thier product having a reputable household name, about half dozen of them all lined up and ready to go priced $29 cheaper.

    Too often there’s limited stock on the shelves which means you can’t do your shopping in the one go.

    Older male store attendant with grey hair was extra aggressive in telling kids not to bounce balls. He told kids to buy something or get out. Accused me of 'always hanging around'... I told him this was my first time in Kmart as I am from Melbourne. I said to kids 'let's go'... he said 'yeah, you should' - complete disgruntled old man who should not be in customer service.
