    I had my hair cut by a hair dresser who is originally from Canberra and she is the best hair dresser I've met since I've moved to Australia 3 years ago. The receptionist is very helpful and polite too.

    So the actual service was really good! The lady cutting my hair was really nice and made small talk. But the haircut wasn't that great. Like, it was a hair cut but it wasn't outstanding. Before I got the cut, I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted. It was layered with a curtain fringe. She cut the layers way too choppy, and you could see a line between layers. I already had a curtain fringe but she kept cutting it, and they ended up as bangs, I was trying to grow them out too! So yeah..

    Bad experience. Visited again today in Casuarina ard 1:55pm, was told to come back 'again' with $5 coupon again. Very disappointed.
