  I would not recommend the hairdresser who done my hair. Had I known that it was going to be a male hairdresser I would have requested a female as I had another bad experience with a male hairdresser in another salon and felt that I wouldn't get it done by a male hairdresser again. Still sad about the whole experience and it is 2 weeks on.

  I had a very bad experience with having my hair done at your store at Casuarina. I paid nearly $200.00 and my hair was not coloured properly and the hair cut was disgusting. I told the women who I paid that I was very very upset with the whole experience and was very emotional as I normally feel great after I have had my hair cut and coloured. It makes me feel refreshed. As I live in a remote area of the NT I cannot get my hair done unless I go to one of the major towns or city like Alice Springs or Darwin, so when I get to these places the first thing I do is get my hair done as I don't have the luxury of being able to access a hairdresser when needed, so I was guttered when he didn't do as I requested. I had to present at another salon to get it cut properly where I was told that the colour was not done properly.
