    Passport interviews can be done here as an alternative to the post shop on Cavenagh st without the que and less traffic

    Phone service is absolutely terrible.

    Generally busy, but it makes sense since it's in such a convenient location. Has two self-serve checkouts which many people don't seem to use, however one of them is constantly out of order.
